5-Star Review Reflects Roofing in Manchester CT Company’s Well-Rounded Commitment to Its Customers

December 06, 2022 - /PressAdvantage/ - Slavin Home Improvements is a Manchester, CT roofing repair and installation specialist that strives to satisfy every homeowner that they provide services for. The company does this by providing some of the most well-rounded roofing services that can be found in the Central Connecticut area. Recently, a 5-star review was received on this roofer’s Google My Business listing which lauded the comprehensive way that this contractor fulfilled their roof repair requirements.

In that glowing review, Michael Baker proclaimed, “Slavin roofing replaced our entire roof after a recent storm. Zak worked with our insurance company to ensure we were covered for all damages. The team worked very hard and left our yard cleaner than before they arrived. We also received pictures of the work which really goes to show how this company conducts business. Thank you, Zak, and team.”

Zak Slavin, the company owner, says, “We certainly appreciate when customers such as Mr. Michael Baker take the time to thank us for our efforts by telling others about us in the form of a glowing review. Those at our company truly believe that the best form of advertising is word of mouth. We will continue to do everything that we can to take the stress out of roof repairs and enhance the already outstanding reputation that I believe our company has.” Slavin went on to say that it was not surprising to him to get a 5-star review from a customer that had sustained roof storm damage. That’s because they have used their many years of experience to help streamline the claims process a client has with their insurance company.

He added that they also respond quickly to their customers’ requests for storm damage help and in the event that a quick repair cannot be made, they will make every effort to seal up a roof by placing a tarp over it. They also will make sure that the customer gets an estimate for a claim amount that fully covers the storm damage to their roof. The company owner says that they also have a very good relationship with most of the area’s major insurance carriers. He also talked about how they always place a major emphasis on customer service, how they employ some of Central Connecticut’s top roofing techs, and how they only use the highest quality roofing supplies. This same thing applies to any gutter and downspout work that they do for a customer. He stated it’s a proven formula for success and they will not change it anytime soon.

Another Slavin Home Improvements customer review also mentioned similar well-rounded traits that this prominent Central Connecticut roofing company exhibits. Christopher Primavera stated, “I would highly recommend Slavin Home Improvements. They gave a fair price and did high-quality work. The crew put on a new roof and were in and out in a day, with no mess left behind. Zak is very professional and attentive/responsive to your needs as a customer. He kept me informed leading up to the day of the job, the day itself, and was able to accommodate everything I needed.”

Allan Shiller expressed similar sentiments when he wrote, “We couldn't be happier with Zak Slavin and his crew. Organized, professional, on time, responsive, and fair pricing. They did a ‘great’ job on our roof and if you are looking to have a new roof installed, look no further.” These reviews shown here were also taken from Slavin Home Improvements Google My Business listing. Remarkably, when all 271 reviews that are found on that listing are averaged together, the company scores a perfect 5 out of 5-star rating.
