Birmingham, UK - April 22, 2022 —

Every business needs to have at least one designated first aider. The problem is that there are too many first aid courses out there that don’t quite provide the right training. One new training company in Birmingham is looking to change this by offering training courses that are designed to help people save lives.
Birmingham First Aid Courses is opening with one simple mission. It wants to make it easier for companies to train employees and gain the right first aid qualifications. To do this, it will teach people life-saving techniques, which is something that’s lacking from a lot of the public.
Too many people don’t know CPR
A huge problem in modern society is that too few people know the correct CPR techniques. Not only that, but people don’t understand when to use CPR or why it is valuable. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a vital technique that’s used when someone undergoes cardiac arrest. It consists of chest compressions designed to stimulate blood flow and try to, essentially, bring someone back to life. The correct usage of CPR can save lives and keep the heart pumping long enough before more extensive treatment can be provided.
Consequently, Birmingham First Aid Courses wants to teach people how to perform CPR correctly. The courses on offer will revolve around teaching this critical technique and getting more and more people qualified to perform it. As such, it is the belief that this could lead to more lives being saved - both in and out of the workplace.
On-site and off-site training courses
Birmingham First Aid Courses is looking to provide both on and off-site training for companies. On-site training will involve instructors visiting a business and offering emergency first aid training for up to twelve learners at once.
Off-site training can be provided in Birmingham as well. One-day emergency first aid courses are available, as are three-day extensive courses and two-day refresher courses.
The simple fact is that the general population is undertrained when it comes to dealing with emergencies. By offering CPR training and emergency first aid, Birmingham First Aid Courses hopes to change this and save lives.
