BSix Sixth Form College partnered with Dynamics Square for Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation (ERP)

London, United Kingdom Jan 10, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - BSix Sixth Form College, the UK's leading college, has announced a collaboration with Dynamics Square to upgrade their existing ERP system from Microsoft NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Dynamics Square is excited to offer its seamless implementation and support services to accelerate its digital transformation journey.

"NAV to Business Central upgrade was our right choice because it helped us shift most of the recurring and manual processes to an automated system. "And the implementation team of Dynamics Square has made the entire process smooth and hassle-free," said the Vice Principal at BSix Brooke House Sixth Form College.

BSix offers modern education to international students in almost all domains to help them understand their passion and find the path they are meant to take. They were looking for a solution that would understand their unique needs and provide an aligned solution to help them simplify their entire college operations, including budgeting, reporting, payrolls, and approval mechanisms to make internal processes smooth.

Their current NAV version was unable to cope with their changing needs and was showing performance issues, lags, and errors. Here, Dynamics Square made them realize the need for a modern and refined solution that can streamline all operations while connecting all departments of the college.

Dynamics Square implemented the latest version of Dynamics 365 Business Central to enable them to utilize automation while eliminating redundancies from their entire college operations. We have configured their budget module, developed workflows to eliminate most of the manual tasks, integrated Microsoft native applications, and enhanced overall productivity as well as efficiency.

"At the time of the discovery call, we got to know that BSix was using an outdated version of Dynamics NAV that was making their core college operations more complex and unstable. After understanding their current and future needs, we implemented the latest version of Business Central on time. Now, they are availing automation and streamlining all students, staff, and stakeholders with ease", Manish Goyal, CEO at Dynamics Square.
