The business loans that are now available can give real estate investors the cash they need to close their transactions. These unsecured business lines of credit are based on stated income and applicants may receive pre-approval in as little as 7 days.
The loans have 0% interest for 6-12 months with no minimum length of time in business being required. The company also welcomes start-ups and there are no proven financials required. The term is revolving with rates ranging from 6% to 16%.
The unsecured business credit lines criteria require 720+ personal credit scores in all 3 bureaus. Co-Signers are accepted and the business must have a legal entity such as an s-corp, c-corp, inc., or an LLC.
There is a link online where interested parties may pull their credit. Once a credit report has been pulled an applicant submits an online application. The Underwriter then reviews it and conditionally approves a funding request in a matter of hours.
Typically, a lender can expect a conditional approval letter in about 24 hours. Upon acceptance of the funding offer, a more thorough application will be provided in order to start the formal, funding process. The company has a dedicated customer service manager who is willing to get on the phone with each applicant and walk an applicant through every step of the way.
These Caribbean credit lines programs are available only to US Citizens and permanent residents with established credit. There is a video for the unsecured business credit lines on the company website that shares further details about these loans.
The launch of unsecured business credit lines will expedite business in most stable Caribbean countries including Bahamas, Barbados, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, Trinidad, Turks and Caicos, and the Virgin Islands.
