According to a recent study, an arduous work environment that is full of physical and emotional strain can lead to burnout. The newly launched hypnotherapy sessions by Aundrea De Leon aim to help career professionals overcome self-sabotaging patterns and live a happier life.
When struggling with burnout, it is hard to function on a personal or professional level. Signs of burnout include feeling exhausted all the time, taking a longer time to complete tasks, making frequent mistakes, feeling detached and useless, feeling unwell and losing the sense of professional accomplishment.
Hypnotherapy is a non-invasive, drug and chemical free solution for treating burnout. Through clinical hypnotherapy, an experienced hypnotherapist can gain direct access to a patient’s subconscious state and enable them to relax and calm their mind.
As a Rapid Transformational Therapist, Aundrea De Leon specializes in anxiety and stress, depression, chronic pain, personal and business performance and self sabotage behaviors.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a self-contained therapy that includes Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. RTT taps into a person’s subconscious and helps one find the right experiences and beliefs that are at the root of the issue they want to resolve.
With the recent announcement, Aundrea De Leon is dedicated to helping high performing professionals restore the balance and harmony in their life and avoid future burnouts.
A satisfied patient said: “Working with Aundrea was not something I thought I would ever do. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. Now I feel invincible and like there’s no stopping me. I no longer feel stuck, frustrated, or afraid. I love the changes I’m seeing in myself and in my business.”
