Crestcom International was named one of only 50 franchises to qualify as a 2022 Top Low-Cost Franchise by independent franchise research firm Franchise Business Review.
Crestcom believes in profit with purpose. The Crestcom franchise opportunity is best suited for the professional executive who wants to make a difference in people's lives by fulfilling the organization's mission of developing effective leaders around the world. It is also for those individuals that want to build profitable, sustainable, and scalable businesses. Since its inception in 1987, Crestcom's award-winning and accredited leadership development programs have delivered sustained behavior change and measured value to its clients.
This year, aiming to make their leadership training more widely available worldwide, Crestcom reduced the rate franchisees pay Crestcom on their franchise's revenue by 44%, further enhancing franchisee profitability and enabling even more growth within their markets.
Nearly 11,000 franchisees representing over 135 low-cost brands participated in Franchise Business Review's franchisee satisfaction survey over 18 months. Brands named on the list of the best low-cost franchises had to have high franchisee satisfaction and an investment of under $100,000 when their franchisees participated in FBR's satisfaction survey.
FBR asked Crestcom's franchisees 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise system. Their responses were overwhelmingly positive, rating Crestcom as "Very Good" in overall franchisee satisfaction for training and support, leadership, core values, financial opportunity, and the Crestcom franchise community. Franchisee Tony Davis reported that "the interaction and support received from the Crestcom HQ support staff has been second to none! Having owned another franchise, the support I've received as I have begun my Crestcom journey has far exceeded my expectations!"
When asked about her experience as a Crestcom franchisee, Jennifer Thorne said, "We have now owned our Crestcom franchise for four years and couldn't be happier. Crestcom has allowed us to make a positive impact in people's lives while making a great living. Coming from a corporate background, we are now blessed with the work-life balance we only dreamed of. We work hard but don't have the stress of a corporate job. Crestcom's support has been outstanding, and the head office has created a high-performance environment combined with integrity, kindness, and high-quality training."
