The new rebate application, known as the 15 Minute Refund program, can help employers to claim rebates even if they were previously disqualified from the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) program. The new service takes advantage of several changes to the ERTC that allow employers with between 5 and 500 W-2 employees to claim rebates, even if they have already received loans through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
While the ERTC program has gone through several rounds of amendments that have made the application process more complicated, Fast Employee Retention Credit’s 15 Minute Refund program still uses a simple process. Employers can begin by answering 10 easy questions to determine if they are eligible and to estimate how much they can claim.
The eligibility assessment is available with no cost or obligation and can be completed in approximately one minute. Eligible employers will receive a link to the CPA firm’s secure server, where they can complete their application in 15 minutes or less by uploading their raw payroll data, PPP loan documents if applicable, and 941 returns.
The CPA team will determine the maximum allowable rebate for each business, complete the paperwork, and help them to file an amendment. Once the IRS has approved the application, employers will receive their rebate as a check in the mail.
The 15 Minute Refund program has no risk or up-front fees, and any employer that does not qualify or does not receive a rebate will not be charged. Employers that do qualify will not be charged until after they have received their rebate from the IRS.
Recent satisfied clients of the 15 Minute Refund program include a restaurant ownership group in Florida, with 224 W-2 employees, that completed a claim for $1,120,000 in tax credits. They also helped a restaurant in Houston, Texas, with 80 W-2 employees, to claim $400,000 in rebates.
