Emergency Drain Unblocking Services and CCTV Drain Surveys in London Offered by RSJ Drains

January 27, 2020 - /PressAdvantage/ -

RSJ Drains, based in London, UK, has announced that they are offering emergency drain unblocking services and CCTV drain surveys in London. They are ready for those times when homeowners and other property owners in London are suddenly faced with blocked drains or pipes. It is easy to understand that people would like a blocked drain or pipe to be solved as soon as possible not just because of the inconvenience of flooding in the kitchen, bathroom, or toilet but also because of the health hazards that come with it. More about this can be gleaned from http://rsjdrains.com/services/general-drainage-services/.

The professionals at RSJ Drains are experts in drain clearing using high pressure water. This is an effective way of clearing blocked drains or pipes because the high pressure water serves to soften or emulsify the blockage, thus restoring the flow with the aid of water used in the jetting process.

Carl Rumsey, the spokesperson for RSJ Drains Unblocking & CCTV Drain Surveys, says, “We will carry out functional tests on the drain once it is unblocked to give confidence that you are not calling us again next week for the same problem. In the event that there is a structural issue with the drain, our vans are equipped with CCTV equipment so that we can examine the defect and make a proposal for the most cost effective solution.”

The engineers at RSJ Drains are among the best trained in London, UK, to ensure that clients are in safe hands. All of the engineers underwent relevant training and have achieved various nationally recognised certifications.

RSJ Drains employs high pressure water jetting equipment that range in power from 2,000 to 10,000 psi. The equipment is available in the vans and trailers and may also be vehicle mounted. They are capable of providing de-greasing, cleansing, and de-scaling services for pipeworks using various types of specialised jet heads. They are also capable of providing drainage maintenance services. Some of those who have tried their services have left highly positive reviews on their Google Maps page. For instance, Kirsty N. gave them a five star rating and said, “Efficient and very effective service. Extremely helpful, determined to get the job done. Very professional and recommended.” Bayram C. also gave them five stars and said, “Great company because good experience, I learnt a lot about my drains. Also the whole team was very friendly. Tony and Sid great team work. Thanks for all the help.”

For homes and businesses that have re-occurring drain blockage, they suggest that a CCTV drain survey be conducted. This will entail the use of their crawler unit and mobile CCTV to inspect the drainage structural condition to identify any future issues that may likely occur. The CCTV operators of RSJ Drains have been properly trained and accredited to OS19X for piped drain and sewers and OS21X for bricked sewers. These are top accreditations for CCTV operators who are capable of preparing reports for long term records across the UK.

Their CCTV drain survey report and analysis will include a number of items. These include: the overall structural condition of the drainage system; the drainage system ownership, whether it is privately owned or owned by the water company; presence of any mis-connections; issuance of pre-warning to the water company about any defects on the property, thus saving time and money on repairs; and detection of the presence of vermin / rat infestation in the drainage system.
