“I live the lifestyle I sell.”
New York City, New York Oct 6, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Proudly residing in her hometown of birth and upbringing, Flo is the Managing Broker at Land and Wildlife, LLC in Pasco, Washington.
With drive and determination, she adeptly handles both the listing and sale sides of agricultural transactions, setting her apart in this niche market. Moreover, she is on the cusp of launching her own course to educate fellow agents on providing exemplary service to their clients.
Growing up as a fourth-generation farmer in Southeastern Washington, Flo's family history in the area runs deep. Her great-grandparents settled in Pasco in 1884, well before Washington became a state. This profound connection to the land provides her with a distinctive perspective, enabling her to help clients identify their ideal properties, comprehend their needs and aspirations, and offer expert guidance throughout the real estate process.
As one of the few Accredited Land Consultants (ALC) practicing in Eastern Washington, Flo's expertise is highly sought after. Holding several professional designations, she is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Certified Residential Investment Specialist (CRIS). She also boasts Trans-National Referral Certification (TRC) and holds membership in the Realtors Land Institute (RLI).
Standing as a testament to her extensive experience and knowledge is Flo's ability to assess properties accurately. However, her true passion lies in helping individuals realize their dreams, whether that involves working with youth and their 4-H & FFA projects, mentoring young talents, advocating for legislative initiatives in the real estate industry, or fulfilling the needs and goals of buyers and sellers.
Having garnered well-deserved recognition throughout her career, Flo was honored as Washington's Land Broker of the Year by RLI and Tri-Cities Realtor of Achievement in 2013, along with multiple President's Silver Eagle and Golden Eagle Awards. Her dedication to community service was recognized with the TCAR Community Service Award, and she received the National RLI 'Robert C Meeks' Distinguished Service Award in 2021. Notably, she was also acknowledged as the Land Realtor of America and ranked among the Top 50 Commercial Realtors in America in both 2018 and 2022.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Flo is deeply devoted to her family, which includes a blended family of four children, eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She lovingly cares for her 97-year-old blind mother and maintains strong connections with her family members, even when they are spread across the United States, with some serving in the military.
In her leisure time, Flo indulges in a variety of hobbies. She boasts a remarkable collection of over 700 cast iron implement seats from around the world and is an active member of the Cast Iron Seat Collectors Association.
Additionally, Flo is an accomplished quilter, having completed over 75 quilts since 2015. Her passion for quilting extends to sharing her creations with others, as she donates a full quilt every year to the RLI "Cowboy Auction," which benefits the Land Education Foundation. Her generosity extends to her other quilts as well, as she often donates her creations to fundraisers and charitable causes.
An adept wood turner, Flo creates handmade items from various types of wood, which she often shares with visitors to her home. Her favorite wood to work with is 'FOG; wood, which stands for "found on the ground."
Fishing is another of her beloved pastimes, and she enthusiastically embarks on fishing adventures, especially relishing the pursuit of walleye, Alaskan salmon, and halibut.
Overall, Flo's dedication, expertise, and passion make her an exceptional realtor. Her commitment to her clients, community, and family is evident in every aspect of her life.
