Saint Petersburg, Florida Sep 23, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Jeremy London (Mallrats, This is Us), and Corin Nemec (Parker Lewis Can't Lose, Stargate, Supernatural), will star in "The Uncivil War" currently in pre-production in St Petersburg, Fl. David Siracusa, Executive Producer/Writer joins The Scatter Brothers Production company, led by Ben Daniele and Doug Tschirhart (The Island, Pet Detectives), to bring this film to life. Also joining the team is producer Ivanna Cartategui.

The film is set in the chaotic days of the 2020 pandemic. Two best friends find themselves at odds during these especially sensitive times. From work, to family, to social surroundings - everything is falling apart.

The question is, can they overcome their differences and find true friendship through craziness?

"Im thrilled to bring this film to my beautiful home here in the Tampa Bay Area... and work with these incredible actors and talent." Says David Siracusa. "Corin and Jason are bringing fresh ideas and tremendous experience to this fun movie."

Producers Ben Daniele and Doug Tschirhart have now produced their 2nd feature this year in Tampa Bay, under their St Petersburg based production company Scatter Brothers Productions, and they have worked on 2 other major, features in the Cayman Islands this Summer with Productivity Media (Toronto). "When we met with the cast and David, we all shared a common vision of bringing more high quality, unifying, meaningful films to Tampa Bay; and this is a major step towards that long-term goal." Says Ben Daniele. "It's incredible for the jobs in the community, taxes, and the great benefit of filming in this paradise location."

Siracusa has been a philanthropist in Tampa Bay and has always had a dream of producing movies. He's surrounded himself with a team of writers and producers and hopes to bring more films to the Bay Area over the next several years.
