His hospital affiliations extend to American Fork Hospital (primary hospital), Primary Children's Hospital, Utah Valley Hospital, and Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital.
A 2011 graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Allen went on to perform his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine from 2011 until 2016.
Continuing his education, he pursued fellowships in sports medicine at Harvard Boston Children's Hospital and Lake Tahoe Orthopedic Institute.
Further solidifying his commitment to orthopedic surgery, Dr. Allen attained board certification through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) in 2020. The ABOS is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopedic residents and surgeons as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopedic surgeons.
