Kerb Appealz announces new deals for Cornish Sellers. With these affordable deals, the sellers can now upload a property on major portals that will draw a huge number of buyers.

Penzance, United Kingdom - June 1, 2017 /PressCable/ —

Kerb Appealz like to do things differently and have brought to the market an exclusive package deal at an affordable price that is ONLY for Cornish sellers. Penny the owner said “Kerbappealz professionals constantly hear from the buyers that when they look at all the properties online they are naturally drawn back to Kerbappealz’s photography and then subsequently book viewings”.

They are offering to give the sellers up to 12 of their unique and most talked about shots to draw the attention of buyers along with a free valuation. Sellers then get a free video. Kerbappealz team will then upload seller’s property onto the major portals, Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and their website and their experts will load the key words into seller’s narrative again to draw their buyers. The professionals at Kerbappealz will even give them a list of any potential buyers that may like a home listed by sellers from their database of thousands of people looking to buy in Cornwall. From then on sellers can manage their own viewings, offers and negotiations through their easy to use dashboard.

They will do all of this for a fixed transparent fee of £650 including VAT. One of the major differences between this package and the ordinary online package is it is exclusive to the Cornwall market so that they have a specially tailored database of clients. The other major benefit is that in case a seller think at any time that he/she cannot handle the sale themselves they have the option at any time to swop over to their other fixed fee of 1.2% including VAT where Kerbappealz professionals will do everything for them and they will deduct the £650 that a seller has already paid off the final commission fee on completion of sale. So it is a win win situation for all Cornish sellers.
