Law firm locates dad's daughter, secures her return to the safety of her dad

Chicago, Illinois May 26, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd., based in Chicago, gained a thorough victory for a dad and his 6-year-old daughter.

The Leving legal team crafted a detailed legal strategy to win. When they went to court, they convinced the judge of the potential danger in the home where their client's daughter was living.
They won: The judge entered an order granting Dad full custody and decision-making authority, and primary residential placement of his daughter. The mother will be able to see her daughter, but only under very strict supervision.
"This is a total victory, modified for broadcast, which removes a little girl from a dangerous living arrangement, as I see it, and places her with her loving father, in a safe and stable environment," Leving says. "Remember, when Dad came to us, he didn't even know where his daughter was. Now they're together, as they should be - a great job, and Dad couldn't be happier."
