Al Khobar , Saudi Arabia - March 15, 2023 /PressCable/ —

AJDAN , Saudi Arabia’s leading mixed-use, lifestyle developer and the company behind the highly successful and popular Ajdan Waterfront in Al Khobar in the Eastern Province, continues to expand its residential offering with a roster of developments in Khobar and Riyadh. This week, AJDAN attends MIPIM 2023 in Cannes to highlight its signature vision for 360° lifestyle developments—and how it can strengthen Al Khobar and the Eastern province as a destination for investment and tourism. AJDAN will attend MIPIM, the world’s leading investment and real estate event in Cannes from March 14-17, as part of the Saudi pavilion, operated by MISA.

An exceptional coastal destination

Infiniti, by Ajdan, is the developer’s latest premium mixed-use development with views over the Arabian Gulf on Al Khobar’s eastern coast. The centrepiece of this landmark project will be three high rise towers of 35, 40 and 45 floors respectively, and including 480 residential units. The development will cover a total land area of 45,510sqm, with the three towers flanked by 20,000 sqm of retail, food and beverage, and other mixed-use space. Guided by its vision for a lifestyle experience, Ajdan will offer retailers and F&B modular units that can be customised to offer a more bespoke customer experience.

The stunning destination carries the name Infiniti, derived from the spectacular pools integrated in the development’s design—and acting as a tranquil link across the foot of the three towers.

Speaking from MIPIM 2023, Ajdan’s CEO, Mr. Mohammed Abdulmohsen AlOtaibi, commented, “At AJDAN, we are committed to increasing the amount of available residential units and realising the Vision 2030 goal of 70 percent home ownership in the Kingdom. Across all our projects, we retain our focus on a seamless customer journey and exquisite finishes throughout—this focus on creating truly exceptional product is at the core of what makes AJDAN unique.”

A community fit for The Kingdom: SEDRA

In December 2022, AJDAN signed an agreement to work on its first development in Riyadh. This project will be a collaboration with PIF backed giga-project developer, ROSHN, to develop over 270 villas within the mixed-used community SEDRA in North East Riyadh. AJDAN have signed an agreement to develop and market a total of 80,754sqm plot of land within SEDRA’s prime locations, which will allow them to design, build and sell modern, contemporary premium villas exemplifying ROSHN and Ajdan’s focus on high quality.

SEDRA is one of Riyadh’s most highly anticipated developments and will be home to over 2,100 residential units, as well as public parks, playgrounds, entertainment areas, retail, community centres, schools, a sports hub, mosques, health clinics, and an abundance of restaurants and cafes, once completed. Situated with easy access to main roads and to the south of King Khalid International Airport, SEDRA’s strategic location will make it a hotspot for locals and visitors alike.

Accessible housing with NHC

Although Ajdan is known for its luxury developments, they have also given equal importance to its support to the wider community through providing affordable housing in partnership with National Housing Company (NHC) at attractive prices. AJDAN emphasises quality, access to the best amenities and creating a community for all those at their destinations.

Bayfront: Redefining the beach experience

At MIPIM 2023 AJDAN will also share further insights on its first-of -its-kind to Saudi project, Bayfront. Ajdan will develop, market, and operate what is set to be Saudi Arabia’s very first Blue Flag-certified beach. With investment totaling SR250 million ($66.5 million), Bayfront will cover an area of 100,000 sq. m. on the shore, as well as a 1,600 sqm island. In addition to the beach, the development will be home to several retail stores, casual and fine-dining restaurants, leisure, and recreational features, among others.

CEO, Mr. Mohammed Abdulmohsen AlOtaibi, adds “Bayfront by Ajdan will redefine beach culture in the Eastern Province, creating a destination that can act as a benchmark for lifestyle experiences across the Kingdom. We look forward to working on our first destination targeted specifically to tourists—both international and domestic.”

Ajdan has several other community and real estate projects in the pipeline, fulfilling its mission of elevating the Kingdom’s real estate and mixed-use offering.
