Milestone Church Haslet Campus Announces 2023’s Serve Day

April 07, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - Milestone Church in Haslet is planning its annual Serve Day for April 22, 2023. Serve Day is a workday each year when members of each Milestone Church campus get together to help the local community through a variety of clean-up and compassion projects.
Visit the Serve Day page on the Milestone Church website and select the option for the Haslet campus to see all of the local projects and sign up to help. If participants haven't already received a red T-shirt, they can get one from the missions table in the Commons between March 18 and April 16.
Members can participate in projects to help the elderly, refugees, single moms, widows, people without homes, and the poor. Milestone Church works with the city to fix code violations and take care of any other needs they have. Serve Day participants also help at nonprofits Milestone Church works with, such as food pantries, clothing donation centers, and other places.
As part of Serve Day, Milestone Church Haslet is holding a virtual drive to help Keller ISD students who are homeless buy the resources they need. In addition to taking part in a regular service project, interested parties can buy things at this link: http://milestonechurch.com/ministries/missions/serve-day.
