Lisle, United States - June 15, 2023 /PressCable/ —

The enhanced programs are now open to those who occupy leadership positions in MSP, TSP, and MSSP organizations and are designed to offer professional advice as well as support from a team of like-minded senior executives. Clients can now choose from a number of programs, from financially based guidance to more comprehensive plans involving every aspect of the business.

BMK Community’s latest peer team programs were developed to provide the support and accountability that many entrepreneurs and business owners lack. The combination of professional consultancy and a network of individuals in a similar position is intended to help clients identify their weaknesses and achieve growth for themselves and their business.

A recent Forbes report highlights some of the most common mistakes made by entrepreneurs and new business owners. They include not having a well-defined business plan, a lack of managerial and administrative skills, and trying to expand too quickly.

As BMK Community points out, many of those shortcomings only become apparent once a business has started to grow, and the firm’s enhanced peer team programs are intended to help clients identify and correct bad habits. Executive coaches work with clients to develop a more rounded skill set, while regular team meetings offer an opportunity to learn from the successes and mistakes of others.

“BMK Community is a team of business owners or executives who choose to come together to share best practices, hold one another accountable, support one another, and openly share their struggles and success,” a company representative explained. “Each member of a well-designed peer team will have a place to talk, vent, work together, and be pushed by others in similar circumstances.”
