Netstar IT Support gains Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales certification across entire Business Technology Advisor team

Netstar, a London IT support company, has helped all of their Business Technology Advisors to gain their Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales certification. The certification builds on their cybersecurity knowledge, further equipping them to educate their clients.

In May 2020, Netstar, an IT support company in Central London, provided training for their Business Technology Advisor team in cybersecurity. The team all trained in and earned their Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales certification, furthering their knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape so that they can better assist clients.

The Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales certification is powered by ConnectWise, with the aim of arming professionals with “the knowledge and tools you need to successfully deliver cybersecurity.” Each of the Business Technology Advisors on the Netstar team spent a full day training to learn the latest material covering cybersecurity. At the end of their training, they also completed an examination to demonstrate their new knowledge. The training and examination cover a range of topics, including Cybersecurity Controls 101, Fundamentals of Risk Conservation, Cybersecurity Technologies, Security Awareness Training, and Business Outcomes.

With their new certifications, the Business Technology Advisor team at Netstar has now furthered their skills to allow them to “educate clients and prospects on the cybersecurity landscape” even more successfully than before.
