With experts from Wharton suggesting the value of workplace mentoring, especially for younger workers, Rick Bayuk expands his program to help more organizations in the state develop a healthier, more productive work culture. In particular, he teaches employees how to set and achieve worthwhile goals, how to develop a winning mindset, and how to work together toward a single dream.

His newly improved group mindset mentoring includes a combination of video modules, self-coaching workbooks, rituals, and somatic practices to rewrite one’s beliefs about money, life, and business. The goal of group mentoring is for participants to feel empowered to make the right decisions for themselves, their families, and their companies.

The group mindset mentoring program, called “Thinking Into Results”, contains 24 weekly live group coaching sessions with Rick Bayuk. One of the core lessons of the program is the recognition and reshaping of limiting beliefs. Rick explains that all people come with their own beliefs about money, such as “you need to work hard to get money” or “money doesn’t grow on trees”. These beliefs, which are often passed down by a person’s parents, limit the individual’s potential to earn more money. The person feels that they need to work harder to earn more or that they may be doomed to financial mediocrity forever.

Rick attempts to change this type of thinking by teaching young entrepreneurs to “amplify” their mindset and take control of their lives. He is known for taking a unique approach to teaching others how to understand how their mind works and reprogram it for financial success.

A spokesperson for Rick wrote, "Rick is here to guide you on your personal growth journey from young adults, parents to highly motivated individuals. With a deep understanding of the power of mindset, Rick has helped countless individuals transform their lives, achieve their goals, and cultivate a positive and growth-oriented mindset."
