With its latest service announcement, the catering company is now accepting bookings for wedding after-parties and other events throughout the fall period. In addition to helping party planners by customizing menus to preferences and dietary requirements, STUF’D eliminates post-event clean-up chores.

Tailored to weddings and large events, the ‘Milestone Affairs’ menu items include casual snack bars and American classic food truck items, in addition to more formal plated meals and sides. The catering team can serve, for example, signature appetizers of filet mignon crostinis, Thai chili chicken skewers, eggplant meatballs, Reuben egg rolls, and cucumber cups, followed by plated sides and entrees with vegetarian and vegan options.

Its ‘snack-etizers’ menu includes custom charcuterie boards, mac and cheese bites, heirloom crudite, calamari, and jalapeño poppers. STUF’D’s taco bar entree menu offers guests choices including citrus mojo pork, chicken tinga, buffalo chicken, barbecue pulled pork, chimichurri steak, and beef birria.

Alternatively, customers who opt for the slider menu can choose from meatballs, brisket, portobello mushroom, caprese, and other gourmet fillings which are available to browse on the company website. Plated side dishes include roasted vegetables, penne alla vodka, and garlic mashed potatoes.

For smaller scale ‘Backyard Bashes’, STUF’D will provide a streamlined menu of appetizers, entree sliders, sides, salads, and desserts. The company’s signature french toast pastries are baked in graham cracker crust and finished with maple dulce de leche, before being stuffed with various fillings consisting of Oreo cheesecake, s’mores banana chocolate chip, apple pie, blueberry cobbler, or bourbon peach plum cobbler.

Additionally, home-baked cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and blondies can be served to guests as a sweet treat after their meal. Photo galleries of previously catered events are available to browse on the STUF’D website.
