More information is available at https://livefreecommunity.org
Through the Live Free Community App, young and adult males addicted to pornography have means to access a supportive community that can provide encouragement, instruction, and accountability as they work toward breaking free from their addiction.
This subscription-based app allows users to connect with other members through direct messaging and a live chat option. These features enable users to reach out to other men, especially in times when they require support and encouragement.
Members can also use the app to start groups with other users who share a common interest or life experience. The Live Free Community App has features similar to social media sites, except there are no advertisements and complete privacy is guaranteed.
Moreover, the app provides exclusive premium courses designed by partnering experts. In addition to the instruction given by Mr. Thomas, who is a Nationally Certified Neuro Health Coach, other specialists contribute learning content to the community, including psychologists, marriage and family therapists, content creators, coaches, and more.
Users can also post questions and get advice from these experts and other members.
The subscription fee is $4.99 monthly, while the annual membership comes at a reduced price of $49.99. The group explained that the fee covers the app's technology and security upkeep, as well as the cost of other resources.
A 10-day action plan is offered free of charge for those who want to start with the program.
The use of online pornography is on the rise and has a "potential for addiction" owing to the accessibility, affordability, and anonymity afforded by the material, according to a 2019 paper published in the Journal of Clinical Medicine.Mr. Thomas explained that his group's approach is founded on peer support as studies have shown its benefits when treating addiction.
A 2018 study in Nature Neuroscience found that social interactions can affect addiction-related behaviors profoundly by changing the activity of certain neuronal circuits that control cravings and relapses.
