Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Florida's Gulf Coast luxury real estate leader, has announced the appointment of three key leadership positions: Corrine Kelly-Brao has joined the company as vice president of human resources; Nita Max has been hired as the new managing broker of the Broad Avenue and Fifth Avenue sales galleries in Naples; and Paul Hendriks has been named managing broker of the Clearwater sales gallery. 

Based out of the Naples headquarters, Kelly-Brao will oversee HR initiatives for the brokerage and all divisions of its parent organization, The Lutgert Companies. An accomplished executive, she brings 27 years of strategic HR leadership expertise to the company, previously serving as HR director for a luxury beachfront resort in Naples.

Max most recently served as managing broker for ONE Sotheby's International Realty in South Florida. A seasoned professional with three decades of success in the real estate industry, she began her career as a sales associate in upstate New York and proceeded to lead top-producing sales teams up and down the East Coast.

A real estate industry veteran, Hendriks brings an extensive knowledge of residential and commercial markets to this new role. Over the past two decades, he has built a solid foundation of loyal customers and business referrals. He previously worked with Premier Sotheby's International Realty as a broker associate in Sarasota.
