Premier Sotheby's International Realty, one of the nation's leading brokerages, has announced the appointment of Kathy Forrester as chief marketing officer. In this role, she will lead the marketing strategy and shape brand identity for the company, which encompasses nearly 1,400 global advisors in 40 office locations from Florida to North Carolina. 

A seasoned marketing executive with over three decades of experience in the field, Kathy has led award-winning teams across iconic brands, including Walt Disney World marketing, Christie's and Talbots, as well as several prominent national advertising agencies. 

Prior to joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Kathy served on several brokerage leadership teams. Most recently, she was chief marketing officer of Howard Hanna, the largest independent real estate company in the U.S., with $43 billion in sales volume. During her time there, she directed a team of 65 marketing professionals serving 14,000 agents in 13 states. She also spent seven years at the Randall Family of Companies, a leading tri-state New England real estate firm. As executive vice president, marketing & strategic initiatives, and then later as head of operations and marketing in partnership with Compass New England, Kathy led numerous marketing, technology, rebranding, merger, and acquisition initiatives. Her tenure with the brokerage was a period marked by significant company growth and record-breaking sales.
