Cassidy also indicated that many aspiring private label skin care product marketers are running into problems when they seek overseas manufacturing solutions. He indicated that delays due to shipping and customs, result in not being able to get quick turnaround times. Additionally, he indicated that there are quality concerns as well with overseas manufacturing, because many overseas manufacturers produce products that contain industrial-grade or possibly cosmetic-grade ingredients, but not pharmaceutical-grade ingredients such as those used by CassCo here in the United States.
Casey Stoff recently was hired to oversee CassCo’s private label program. She will be based in the Missouri office and, according to Cassidy, Stoff will be interacting directly with private label customers, to ensure the success of their new skin care and beauty brands.
