3rd Degree Gracie Blackbelt, Phil Cardella has recently announced the third annual seminar. This women’s self-defense seminar is free to the public and will be held at the JCA on San Marco.

With April being Sexual Assault Awareness month, the underlying mission is to invest in creating awareness and make the community safer.
