United States - April 10, 2023 —

Founded in 2008 by Saba Hocek, Self Empowered Minds of New York City is more than just a hypnosis center. They provide their clients with comprehensive, holistic mind-body approaches to restore mental, physical and spiritual balance to the entire being.

Their purpose is to empower individuals through Hypnosis, Biofeedback, Reiki, Intuitive and Turkish Coffee Readings to attain inner greatness and reject any limiting and negative beliefs.

"I founded Self Empowered Minds to assist people in discovering their genuine passion and living an empowered life. I want to help others uncover their inner strength emotionally, physically, and intellectually more than anything else. Empowering you is our purpose," says Saba.

Whether it is for anxiety, depression, stress, lack of confidence, overthinking, or bad habits, Self Empowered Minds claims that their services provide solutions and will quickly produce long-term improvements in the individual. Among their offerings are the following:

- Hypnosis: To rewrite the unconscious mind.
- Biofeedback: To determine and clear stress blockages at the organ level.
- Reiki: To release stress blockages and balance chakras.
- Meditation: To calm the mind.
- Intuitive Readings and Strategic Counselling: To gain insight.
- Nutritional Consultation: To feed the mind and body.
- Group Fitness Classes: For inner and outer strength.

Hypnotherapy, according to research, harnesses the power of suggestion to effect substantial change in how people think and behave. All self-limiting beliefs and the bad actions that accompany them derive from prior experiences. Hypnotherapy can reprogram these beliefs and elicit various emotional reactions to individuals' thoughts and events. Self Empowered Mind uses hypnosis to activate people's inner greatness, transforming how they think, lead, work, and play.

Their Reiki solution unites the mind and body, bringing inner balance and leaving the individual's body feeling energized, grounded, peaceful, and calm.
