Sydney Builders Cleaning Company completes sets new record by completing over 100 projects in 2018 Simpo Cleaning is the preferred supplier of builders cleaning services in Sydney and have successfully completed over 100 projects this year including the Holsworthy Army Barracks, a 30 million dollar home in Mosman and 200 hotel rooms in the Sydney CBD.
When asked about the secret to their success, Felix the operations manager says -The reason we have been so successful is because we have invested heavily in refining our processes and building trust. Not only with our customers but also with our own staff.
Cleaning is traditionally an industry with an extremely high staff turnover. But our staff retention is high and the majority stay for 2 years or more. We’ve been able to achieve this through mutual respect and they love to work with us because we always pay them on time every week and offer them a nice environment to work. Our motto is that our cleaners get paid before we do! This is the difference between us and our competitors and a main contributor to our success and rapid growth.

Builders and developers work on tight deadlines which are constantly changing at a moments notice and you need a good team to be able adapt to their requirements and meet their needs. Our clients use us because they know our team members are all fully trained and can work unsupervised. They never need to watch over our cleaners and they don’t have to worry that our guys will damage something by using incorrect cleaning processes.
Additionally, we’ve also streamlined our backend processes and have all the work safety, quoting, invoicing and insurance documentation ready so it makes it easy for the builders to schedule a job with us. It’s all about building long term relationships and making it simple for the client. It’s also helped that we share our warehouse with a builder as they’ve been supplying us with some of their excess building materials which we can then use to test out new cleaning chemicals and processes. This has been immensely helpful and allowed us to be the industry leaders when it comes to construction cleaning. Especially when it comes to more specialized tasks such as removing epoxy grout from tiles, cement from window frames etc.
Other builders cleaning companies usually do their testing on the customers building sites and the results can sometimes be catastrophic. A lot of times we have been called to fix up issues caused by other cleaners and since we only operate in Sydney, a lot of our clients which operate nationally actually call us for cleaning advice for their building projects in other states.
