As a former Program Manager at the Federal Laboratory Consortium and President of the New Jersey Academy of Science, Tom is renowned for his deep and broad knowledge of the federal landscape, as well as his ability to facilitate the transfer of cutting-edge technologies from government labs to the private sector.
