Additionally, the guide notes that Woods also keeps his back leg a little bit closer to his body and his spine angle away from the ball. These steps allow him to generate more power through impact and give him more control over the direction of the ball. They also help keep his putting stroke consistent, because he knows that his clubface will always be making contact with the right point on the ball.

Lastly, Woods maintains a head position where he is looking directly over the ball, which helps him to see the putting line more clearly. Similarly, he keeps his eyes on the ball throughout his whole stroke, which again, enables him to be more consistent with his putting.
