Total Body Experts Donates State-of-the-Art Fitness Equipment to Provide Positive After School Alternatives to Develop Safer Communities

It has been said that “boredom is the root of all evil”. When one thinks of young kids getting mixed in with the wrong crowd and walking a path of destruction, it never starts with an inherent need or desire to adopt a life of crime. More often than not, good kids become corrupted by filling their time with the wrong things and wrong people, instead of filling their days with positive, productive, and fruitful activities that propel one’s life forward towards their goals. In the Los Angeles area alone, millions of kids are vulnerable to becoming victims to a life of crime due to a lack of positive resources to combat the temptations of the world today.

Total Body Experts, the leading provider of commercial-grade fitness equipment to the at-home athlete is proud to announce that they have partnered with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Youth Foundation to provide state-of-the-art exercise equipment to help get at-risk youth off of the streets. By providing positive alternatives for children and teens, Total Body Experts and the Sheriff’s Youth Foundation are actively creating solutions to make Los Angeles communities a safer place.

Young adolescents are incredibly impressionable and at the greatest risk of becoming involved in drugs, gangs, and crime. Total Body Experts has made a generous donation of exercise equipment valued at $8,000 to help nurture the Deputy mentorship program that is changing lives for at-risk youth and becoming an incubator for the next generation of community leaders.

The nationally recognized home fitness company thrives on helping these individuals live out their fitness truths by meeting them where they are, learning where they want to go, and providing the assistance they need to get there with authenticity and resilience.

“Part of our vision is being actively involved in helping our local law enforcement offices stay fit as they are dealing with high stress situations keeping our communities safe. We also support local youth programs to teach children at a young age about the benefits of fitness and living an active lifestyle. When we saw an opportunity to support the Sheriffs Youth Activity League it was a perfect opportunity to positively support both our local officers and our local children.” – Marc Erickson, Total Body Experts CEO

Forming a united front in the stand against crime, Total Body Experts and the Los Angeles Sherif’s Youth Foundation are providing a positive incubator to lead, inspire, and empower at-risk youth throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area.
